WE’VE WON AGAIN!
We had an amazing evening last night at the Action Coach awards held in Portsmouth and we won the award for “Best Company Culture”.
This is fantastic as we all work so hard as a team and support each other.
The definition of company culture as defined by google is as follows:
Company culture is the personality of a company. It defines the environment in which employees work. Company culture includes a variety of elements, including work environment, company mission, value, ethics, expectations, and goals. For example, some companies have a team-based culture with employee participation on all levels, while others have a more traditional and formal management style. Other companies have a casual workplace without many rules and regulations.
This really is what we stand for and pride ourselves with, so receiving this award is a wonderful feeling.
